Mapped the full Woodpecker API surface - read, write, and off-limits - into a phased capability plan that separates what the console can't do from what it deliberately won't.
Built a read-only scope probe into the toolkit and verified the partner API key end to end: every read the console needs confirmed live, cross-client data structurally walled off, and two undocumented quirks surfaced before they could bite.
Designed and shipped Coldfront, a working prototype of the pipeline's operator console: campaign stats and funnels, a relay-fed leads ledger, a draft-first campaign wizard, ICP audience tools, and per-client API key management - all behind a dev-phase banner that spells out exactly what the console will never touch.
