Turned the research into a four-phase retention plan and shipped R1 the same night: the brief now detects quiet stretches and re-onboards gently - shorter, warmer, no backlog dump.
Wrote VISION.md - HQ as the explorer of every capture surface - and ran a 105-agent research pass on why personal systems survive or die, independently source-audited and fabrication-checked.
Phase B shipped: a nightly n8n sweep copies OpenBrain thoughts into the captures rail with database-level dedup, and a one-pass idempotent backfill landed all 331 historical thoughts.
The Today view gained item creation with an engagement picker that can mint new engagements and categories on the fly, kept sync-safe by a dashboard-born origin rule.
Replaced the basic-auth prompt with 30-day sliding cookie sessions - the signing key derives from the credentials, so a password rotation invalidates every session with zero new secrets.
Restructured dashboard navigation into top tabs with a contextual left rail, including a company-grouped Projects overview.
Added a habits and workout rail: lifecycle-versioned exercise definitions with occurrence-based logging, seeded with a knee-support strength program scheduled around martial arts nights.
An automated security review caught a javascript:-URI XSS vector in the new captures page shortly after it shipped; a URL scheme guard was written, build-verified, deployed, and confirmed live on the domain within the hour.
Google Calendar now feeds the nightly brief: an OAuth-secured n8n workflow snapshots a rolling 7-day window into Supabase at 3:45 AM, and the zero-network agent weaves events, collisions, and gig-prep flags into each morning's email. Proven across two unattended production nights before the commit landed.
Each person's page can draft a message in Wim's actual register for that relationship - built from voice notes, history, and the occasion - then hands it over to edit and send. The AI never sends anything.
Before sunsetting Conduit, a read-only rescue pipeline snapshotted all 34 tables locally - TLS-verified, region-probing, idempotent - so nothing a defunct system knew is ever lost.
HQ absorbed the best of Conduit: 758 contacts rescued from a dying database, distilled to an opt-in roster of 45, and wired into a nightly brief that suggests one person worth reaching out to - never a guilt list, always an invitation.
